Senior engineers embedded inside the client firm for the duration of an engagement. Same time zone, same standups, same incident pager. They write the production code, sign off on the architecture review, and train the internal team on how the system extends.
A dedicated offshore engineering pod that carries the execution load — data pipelines, model integration, evaluation harnesses, infrastructure. Reviewed continuously by the forward-deployed lead, so quality is not a function of time-zone overlap.
The shape is deliberate. Forward-deployed engineers protect architectural integrity at the client’s edge. The Bengaluru pod gives the engagement a scalable execution surface without diluting senior judgment. Every artifact we ship is reviewed by the principal before it crosses a contract boundary.
